Our tool processes the text you paste or upload to convert/fix Arabic text. We retain minimal temporary data required to perform the conversion. We do not use text you submit for advertising profiling. See Data retention below for details.

• Contact form messages and support emails: retained until resolved and for a reasonable period (e.g., 2 years) for recordkeeping and compliance.
• Conversion input (text/files): processed and kept temporarily to complete the conversion; by default we remove conversion contents within 24 hours unless needed for troubleshooting and only with your consent.
• Analytics data: retained per the analytics provider's policy (usually aggregated/anonymous).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
